I ensure each stage of the design process is informed by user research and designs balance user needs, business goals, and engineering complexity. 

Zero-to-One – I have led UX design for 5 new desktop and SaaS products. In addition to user-focused design, I excel at aligning UX and engineering teams by involving engineers in UX research and collaborating throughout the development process.
